Terms and Conditions

Party invitations will be sent out to you as soon as a deposit is received. The invitations include a parental consent form. The invites must be sent out to your guests, signed and returned to yourself before or on the day of the party. .

Treatments can not be carried out unless a parental consent form has been read and signed

Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. This will be 50% of the total cost of the party and will be non-refundable if the party is cancelled without two weeks notice

Numbers of children attending will be given at time of booking. If there are any cancellations on the day you will be charged for half the cost of that child.

Children must try to stay in the party rooms while the party is in progress

The birthday girl is included in the numbers of the party

If the party is a last minute booking the party must be paid for in full and the parental consent forms must be returned to the person holding the party, signed and then handed direct to the therapist on the day of the party.

Only sensitive products are used on the skin and every effort is made to create a safe party atmosphere

Any damage caused to the therapists equipment must be paid for by the party organiser

I will travel up to 10 miles with no extra charge, I will travel outside that area at an arranged price. Please phone for details.
If there are less than six children attending the party, the minimum party charge will still apply

You must be willing to have as much fun as you can!
